For three months each year Bank of America Merrill Lynch hold a competition called Green Your Team which challenges its' employees to reduce their impact on the environment whilst at work.

During the campaign members of staff are challenged to reduce their usage across three core areas, at the end of the competition the team who have shown the largest reduction is crowned the winner.

The main prodcut of the campaign is a microsite which gives the user criteria on the competition, some history, and more importantly a league table which shows the employee where their team are positioned.

Utilising the companys' brand guidelines and pattern library I designed the site for the competition in addition to digital promotional material consisting of HTML emails, web banners, and digital displays which were located throughout the banks London Headquarters.
